National Aviation Services (NAS), the region’s fastest growing private airline ground handling company announced that it has signed a ten - year’s exclusive concession agreement with Abidjan International Airport, located in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. National Aviation Services (NAS) is 95% owned by Kuwait's Agility Public Warehousing Co. According to this agreement, NAS will handle Ground Handling services at Abidjan International Airport. A bourse filling by Agility noted that the agreement is expected to be finalized by the end of October 2014 after securing the approvals of all competent authorities. Agility stated that it expects the agreement to yield revenues of $250 million upon completion of the earn-in period. NAS offers customers a portfolio of services including ramp and passenger services, cargo handling, engineering services and line maintenance, airport technologies, FBO management, an aviation training center, a travel agency, and lounge and meet-and-assist airport service.
